Clubhouse
The clubhouse has a fairly large variety of merchandise. It is an older building but nothing too rickety. They have a small restaurant that has all of your basic clubhouse foods.
Walk/ Ride?
I always walk this course. It is an easy walk because it is mostly flat. There are not many hills that would serve as a reason to rent a cart.
Course Review
I personally really enjoy playing this course. There are both very straight holes as well as dog-legs, both to the left and to the right. Most of the course is dense with trees. Most of the fairways are lined with trees, making it challenging for those who like playing from other fairways. During the summer, the course is in good condition but can sometimes have very plugged greens. But you can only blame the golfers before you for this for not fixing their ball marks. This course is cheaper and very enjoyable for those looking to have fun. Pace of play can tend to be slower, but I have never played more than a 4 and a half hour round there.
