Amenities
Fairly large practice area with a large putting green, practice green with bunkers and a sizeable driving range.

Clubhouse
Buffalo Run has a beautiful clubhouse. The building is amazing with a huge bronze buffalo in the parking lot as you pull in. The proshop is nice, but the real attraction of this clubhouse is the restaurant.

Walk or Ride?
I would recommend riding this course. I happened to walk on this particular round and found it a decent walk. The killer is the distance between the green and the next tee box. If you are acustom to walking, then you will find this a nice challenging walk.

Course Review

At Buffalo Run, you’ll find a British links style course with lush fairways, rolling greens, deep bunkers and thick native rough! I really enjoyed playing at Buffalo Run. The key to this course is to keep your drive in play. The fairways are decent size and there is a forgiveable cut of rough, but once you get outside of that, you will be in trouble. You give yourself a chance at scoring well if you stay out of the native.
I didn’t find myself hitting too many long irons, so make sure your short iron game is on point. The greens are huge, so if you find yourself on the wrong side of the green, you will almost certainly have a three-putt….so attack the pin!The par threes at Buffalo Run are long. The shortest par 3 from the gold tee boxes is 181 yards. To boot, all of the par 3′s have some sort of hazard around the green.I played a decent round, but a triple-bogey and two double-bogies on the back nine killed me. I signed my card with an 87.

For $44 to walk, I highly recommend playing Buffalo Run. If having trees along the course is your thing, Buffalo Run is not for you!
